CSM AwardFürth, DE – The PACS software SeDI by SOHARD Software GmbH as been awarded the prize „Most innovative idea in the healthcare sector“ at the „Fachtagung Medizintechnik 2015“ (Expert conference on medical technology 2015). The conference took place in Bamberg on 1st of July 2015 under the patronage of the Bavarian Minister of State for Public Health and Care Services, Melanie Huml.

SeDI is the first Semantic PACS for clinical practice. Unlike a conventional PACS, SeDIcan e.g. answer an oncologist’s request to “Extract all health records of patients suffering from a pulmonary tumor larger than 2 cubic centimeters“.

SeDI is being developed by SOHARD Software GmbH in collaboration with MAASTRO Clinics in Maastricht.
